Mistura de carne picada com azeitonas tb elas picadas , um ovo , mistura de pimentas moidas na altura , pão ralado , alho picado .
No recipiente do Fondue
Vinho tinto e azeite (2:1) e um pauzinho de canela
Molho
Um preparado de maçã , açucar , manteiga , pau de canela , vinho do Porto e um polvilho de pimenta .
